有機紅龍果生產成本與收益之研究

The Production Costs and Revenues of Organic Dragan Fruit

摘要


紅龍果具有易栽種、耐旱、高產量、產期長及病蟲危害相對較少等特性,對於環境之耐受性相對高於其他果樹,適合有機栽培管理。為促進有機紅龍果產業的發展及供農政單位推展的參考,本研究將探討其生產投入與產出收益,並與慣行經營成本收益比較。本研究運用2020年「有機農場作物栽培經營與效益之研究」資料,實地訪查57戶於2019年前種植並收穫有機紅龍果的農民,經調查統計得知有機紅龍果平均每公頃產量為19,402公斤,低於慣行產量;平均每公斤生產成本為42.8元,平均每公斤售價為58.4元,此等均高於慣行成本與售價;有機紅龍果每公頃農家賺款(含自家勞動報酬及設算之地租與利息)為609,786元。

Dragan fruit has the characteristics of easy planting, drought tolerance, high yield, long production period and less pest damage. Its tolerance to the environment is relatively higher than other fruit trees. It is suitable for organic cultivation management. In order to develop the organic drgan fruit industry and provide the reference data for the agricultural authority, the objectives of this study are to analyze the production inputs and outputs of organic dragan fruit farming. The results will be compared with the conventional dragan fruit farming. The survey data of "A Study on Crops Cultivation and Revenues of Organic Farms in 2020" was adopted. There were 57 respondents who had planted organic dragan fruit before 2019. The statistical results show that the production quantities of per hectare organic dragan fruit were 19,402kg. These quantities were lower than those of conventional planting dragan fruit. The per kilogram production cost was NT$42.8. The per kilogram sale prices were NT$58.4. These kinds of cost and price were higher than those of conventional planting dragan fruit. The per hectare family income, including family labor remuneration, land rents, and capital interest, of organic dragan fruit was NT$609,786.
