雖然少年福利法中規定十八歲以下青少年不得喝酒,然而許多青少年並不清楚有此規定。本研究主要在探討臺北地區高中職一年級學生的飲酒態度及其相關因素,未來可作為青少年飲酒防制教育設計的依據。研究對象採立意取樣,由臺北地區的兩所高中及一所高職的一年級學生取得樣本,共八班327名,採自填式問卷調查,得有效問卷289份。研究結果如下:(一)贊成在該年齡階段可以喝酒的比率比不贊成的為高,而贊成的理由多數是「只要適量沒關係」。(二)超過二分之一的受試者認為有需要訂定合法飲酒年齡,約四分之一的受試者則認為不需要。(三)多數受試者認為在節日慶典及有家長在場時是可以喝酒的,並且多數認為他們可以允許喝水果酒及啤酒等淡酒。(四)贊成提高酒稅來減低青少年飲酒者與贊成訂定合法飲酒年齡者較不同意高中職學生在各種情境飲酒。 根據研究結果,建議應讓青少年對於酒精於人體作用有清楚認知,並且加強合法飲酒年齡的教育宣導。
Despite government regulations against the sale and consumption of alcohol to teens under 18, few adolescents know of this prohibition. This pilot study investigates the attitudes of adolescents toward their alcohol use and related factors. Results will contribute to design an alcohol education programs.Participants consisted of 289 high school students aged 16-18 chosen by purposeful sampling from three high schools. Results indicated: 1.) The rate of those who agreed with drinking at their age were higher than those who didn’t, and the reason most who agreed with drinking was “Moderate drinking is acceptable”. 2.) 24.6% of the subjects think the establishment of a legal drinking age is not essential while 53.3% see it as necessary for adolescents. 3.) Most subjects , agreed it is acceptable to consume alcohol both at the setting of festival and in the company of family members, and most think it adequate to drink both beer and fruit wine. 4.) The attitudes toward their alcohol use at varies settings of those who agreed with teen-tax regulating and legal drinking age are lower than those who didn't. According to the findings, we suggest the importance of helping our adolescents recognizing the effects of alcohol on adolescent and the significance of a legal drinking age.
