賜諾殺濃餌劑在酪梨園誘殺東方果實蠅（Bactrocera dorsalis(Hendel)）（雙翅目：果實蠅科）之效果評估
Effectiveness of Spinosad bait attracting the Oriental fruit fly, Bactrocera dorsalis (Diptera: Tephritidae), in avocado orchards
摘要
東方果實蠅（Bactrocera dorsalis (Hendel)）在台灣的酪梨園普遍發生，本研究分別在嘉義竹崎及農業試驗所嘉義分所之酪梨園進行，面積分別為0.6ha及0.3ha。以市售0.02%賜諾殺濃餌劑稀釋8倍點噴誘殺後，再懸掛番石榴果實網袋包誘捕東方果實蠅，以評估防治效果。嘉義竹崎酪梨園處理區誘得之雌、雄蟲數皆較無處理對照區為低，經統計分析並無顯著性差異。處理區之平均果實被害率及被害度亦較對照區為低，統計上並無差異。處理區16週誘得之平均雌蟲數為對照區之1.6倍，而平均防治率可達到50.9%。另在嘉義分所酪梨園之調查結果顯示，無處理對照區其7週平均果實被害率為55.4 %，與賜諾殺濃餌劑處理區之22.5%有極顯著的差異，處理區之平均防治率亦可達56%。綜合此兩處試驗結果可知，賜諾殺濃餌劑之田間防治率可達50%，顯示其具有田間防治的效力，值得繼續應用推廣。

The Oriental fruit fly, Bactrocera dorsalis (Hendel), is commonly occurred at avocado orchards in Taiwan. This study was proceeded at Jhuci, Chiayi and Chiayi Agricultural Experiment Branch with areas 0.6 ha and 0.3 ha, respectively. The number of female and male flies caught with guava fruit-sticky-bag, as a control efficacy index, while without bait (check plot) were significantly higher than bait with Spinosad which 0.02% Spinosad bait diluted 8-fold was used at Jhuci. The average percentage of fruit damage and degree of fruit infested in bait with Spinosad plot were also lower than in check plot, the female number from the bait with Spinosad plot was 1.6 times higher than the check plot, and the control rate was up to 50.9% averaged from 16 weeks. The result from Chiayi Branch showed that the average percentage of fruit damage in check plot from 7 weeks was 55.4% which was significantly different to the 22.5% in treated plot, and the control rate was also up to 56%. The results from these two experiments showed that the bait with Spinosad could provide a good control efficacy, with more than 50% control rate, at such small avocado orchard that should have an applying and extension potential.
