A recently proposed SU(2)L × 5 x SU (1) model with purely right-handed b-decay couplings shows good consistency with the existing experimental constraints from B decays, from B0 - B(bar)0 mixing, from the neutral K mass difference, and from CP violation in the kaon system. We investigate the predicated CP asymmetries for the nonleptonic B → ΨK5, D+D- , and π+π- decays, which are all found to be at most 5%. This can clearly distinguish the model from the standard model.
