Lax Integrable Hierarchies Associated with an Isospectral Problem

It is well known that one of central and important subjects in soliton theory is to search for a non-trivial Lax integrable hierarchy. In this paper, the Lax integrable hierarchies associated with an isospectral problem, which includes the AKNS, the KN and the WKI isospectral problem, are obtained.
