In this study, we investigate single lepton polarization asymmetries and polarized CP asymmetries in inclusive b → sℓ+ℓ- decay in the standard model with a fourth generation. Considering the measured experimental value for the low dileptonic invariant region (q^2 ≤ 6 GeV^2) of the decay, we find constraints on the new parameters of the fourth-generation standard model. Then, we show that the lepton polarization asymmetries and polarized CP asymmetries are sensitive to the new mixing and quark mass for both (μ, τ ) channels. The sizeable deviation from the standard model values are quite good tools for looking for the possible extension of the standard model in the inclusive b → sℓ+ℓ− decay, especially in the indirect search for the fourth generation quarks (t' , b').
