黴菌對紙張物理性質與表面顏色之影響

Influences of Mildew on the Physical Properties and Surface Color of Paper

摘要


本研究爲分析黴菌對紙張物理性質與表面顏色的影響,評估三種常見黴菌Aspergillus terreus、Aspergillus niger與Chaetomium globosum對紙張抗張、耐折與撕裂強度的危害程度,以及紙張表面顏色與白度經黴菌試驗後的變化。研究結果顯示,濾紙經黴菌降解後,物理性質均呈現下降的趨勢,並隨著試驗時間而增加,試驗菌種中以C. globosum對紙張物理性質的破壞最爲顯著,其次爲A. terreus與A. niger。濾紙經C. globosum降解2個月後,抗張強度、抗張伸長量、耐折強度與撕裂強度的下降率分別爲64、75、86與66%。至於黴菌對紙張表面顏色的影響程度,亦以C. globosum處理組的色差值與白度變化最大。

This study was to evaluate the influence of mildew on the physical properties and surface color of paper. Three common mildews including Aspergillus terreus, Aspergillus niger and Chaetomium globosum were examined in the mildew assay. Changes of tensile strength, folding endurance, tear strength, color parameters and ISO brightness of filter papers were measured after the mildew test. Results showed that the physical properties of all filter papers decreased after mildew degradation with the increasing of incubation period. Among three examined mildew species, the deterioration of physical properties of paper caused by C. globosum was more obvious, followed by the A. terreus and A. niger. The decreasing ratio of tensile strength, tensile elongation, folding endurance and tear strength of mildewed paper were 64, 75, 86 and 66%, respectively, after two months of mildew assay by C. globosum. According to the surface color of paper, the highest change in color difference value and ISO brightness of paper was also caused by C. globosum.
