貯存因子對土肉桂葉子精油安定性之影響

Effects of Storage Factors on the Stability of Essential Oils from "Cinnamomum Osmophloeum" Leaf

摘要


土肉桂葉精油具有許多良好的生物活性,但目前較少探討其貯存安定性,因此,本研究探討貯存因子對土肉桂葉子精油安定性之影響,期能尋得理想的保存條件與方法。13種地理品系的土肉桂葉精油於25℃避光環境貯存12個月後,肉桂醛留存率可維持約70%以上;另外,將不含丁香酚的精油以不同條件貯存後得知,精油置於照光環境(25℃)貯存,12個月後肉桂醛留存率為62.3%;而於40℃高溫避光環境貯存12個月後,肉桂醛留存率降為36.7%。而於精油添加抗氧化劑丁香酚(Eugenol)和沒食子酸丙酯(Propyl gallate),以沒食子酸丙酯對精油的貯存性較佳。綜合以上結果得知,土肉桂葉精油應貯存於低溫、避光環境,以免其成分劣化。

Leaf essential oil from "Cinnamomum osmophloeum" Kaneh. has many excellent bioactivities, but there was few research about its stability. Therefore, the appropriate storage conditions for essential oil from "C. osmophloeum" leaf were investigated. The methods to improve the stabilities of essential oils were also established. Thirteen geographical provenances of "C. osmophloeum" leaf essential oils were preserved in dark condition at 25°C for 12 months, and the retention of cinnamaldehyde was more than 70%. In addition, the essential oil of "C. osmophloeum" leaf without eugenol was preserved in various storage conditions. When it was stored at 40°C for 12 months, the retention of cinnamaldehyde was 36.7%. Besides, the retention of cinnamaldehyde decreased to 62.3% when it was stored at 2S°C in lighted condition. Antioxidants including eugenol and propyl gallate were added into the essential oil, it can only be improved by adding propyl gallate. Base on above results, essential oil from "C. osmophloeum" leaf should store in dark condition at low temperature that could prevent the degradation of cinnamaldehyde.
