摘要

本統計資料採用FAO分類標準及定義，以實體當量材積為單位，依財政部關務署2003-2013年海關進出口貿易統計資料之林產品部分進行整理分析。實木產品即原木、木炭、木片及粒片、木材殘餘物、製材、木質人造板等6大類。實木產品進口量約在4-6百萬m^3，出口量低於20萬m^3，進口價值在新台幣23,713-37,092百萬元，出口價值僅新台幣3,003-4,418百萬元。而以木片及粒片進口量為最高，木質人造板為出口量大宗。其進口價值以木質人造板最高，平均每年進口價值為新台幣14,244百萬元，主要進口國家為馬來西亞、中國大陸與泰國。出口價值以木質人造板最高，平均每年出口價值為新台幣1,836百萬元。不論在數量或價值，進口皆高於出口，可見實木產品主要滿足國內需求之內需導向市場的趨勢愈來愈明顯。

Based on the import and export records of Customs Administration under the Ministry of Finance between 2003 and 2013, the statistical data of forest products analyzed is presented in units of solid wood equivalent volume. The FAO classifications and definitions have been adopted. Solid wood products can be classified into the following six categories: round wood, wood charcoal, wood chips and particles, wood residues, sawn wood, and wood based panels. The imports of solid wood products were about 4-6 million m3 with earnings worth of NT$ 23,713- 37, 092 million, while its exports were lower than 200,000 m3 with values of NT$ 3033-4418 million. Of all the imports, wood chips and particles ranked the highest whereas wood-based panels accounted for the main exports. Of the total import values, wood-based panels ranked the highest with average annual import values of NT$14,244 million, mainly imported from Malaysia, China and Thailand. On the other hand, with regard to annual exports, wood based panels accounted for the largest share with export earnings of an average of NT$1,836 million. Because solid wood product imports both in quantities and values continue to be higher than exports, this indicates a strong domestic demand.
