靈芝及假芝疫區邁隆土壤燻蒸消毒之效果評估

EVALUATION OF DAZOMET AS FUMIGANT FOR THE CONTROL OF ROOT ROT DISEASES CAUSED BY GANODERMA LUCIDUM AND AMAURODERMA RUGOSUM

摘要


在相思樹的感染區中以200g/m^2邁隆均勻拌入土中,進行邁隆燻蒸消毒試驗,以直徑1cm長10cm的樟樹枝條接種靈芝菌及假芝菌作為檢體,每一塊區域置入檢體10支,實驗重複4次,以不添加邁隆之土壤作為對照組。燻蒸1個月後,取出檢體進行培養,結果顯示邁隆處理可以有效殺滅檢體上的靈芝菌及假芝菌,檢體在對照組中可以順利培養出靈芝菌,假芝卻無法培養出菌體,然而未埋入土壤的假芝檢體仍可以培養出假芝菌。本研究證實以邁隆進行土壤燻蒸消毒,可以減少土壤內的靈芝菌感染源,相對地,即使不進行燻蒸消毒,移除病根後一個月假芝菌即無法在土壤中存活。此外,燻蒸消毒後的區域進行地毯草種植,皆生長正常未發現藥害。

The 1cm diameter and 10cm long camphor branches inoculated by Ganoderma lucidum (Leyss. ex. Fr.) Karst. and Amauroderma rugosum (Bl. & Nees) Torrend were used as tracers, and the dazomet fumigation test was carried out in the infected area of Taiwan Acacia trees. 200g of dazomet per square meter was evenly mixed into the soil, water was added until the soil was wet, 10 tracers were buried into the soil and then covered with black plastic sheet. The experiment was repeated 4 times with no dazomet adding as a control group. After fumigation for 1 month, the tracers were taken out and cultured. The experimental results showed that the fumigated treatment with dazomet could kill the G. lucidum and A. rugosum on the tracers. In the control group, G. lucidum could be successfully cultivated from the tracers, but A. rugosum could not be cultivated from the tracers. A. rugosum could be isolated from tracers that were not buried into soil. In the treatment of disease caused by G. lucidum, fumigation with dazomet could reduce the infected source after removing the diseased roots. The culture of A. rugosum on tracers showed that A. rougosum could not be reisolated from tracer buried into soil for one month even without fumigation with dazomet. Carpet grass (Axonopus compressus (Sw.) Beauv.) was planted in the area after fumigation, all of which grew normally and no pesticide injury was found.
