摘要

本研究利用158家農業合作社場進行實證分析，資料研究期間為2000~2002年共3年。在Cobb-Douglas成本函數形式下，運用Frontier4.1軟體中Battese和Coelli(1995)以Panel data的隨機性邊界模型來進行估計，估算出客籍與非客籍的不同對社場生產力的影饗，以及個別社場的無效率指標值。同時也評估客籍與非客籍的不同、個別社場的無效率指標值與利潤之間的關係。根據本文實證結果顯示，客籍農業合作社場的經營其有成本效率，且其確實能影響經營利潤。

Following the model of panel data of Battese and Coelli (1995), the stochastic production from tier model has been used n this analysis. The panel data of 158 agricultural cooperatives in Taiwan from 2000 to 2002 and the maximum likehood estimation method was used to estimate the impact of Hakka Community on the productivity of agricultural cooperatives and inefficiency index of individual agricultural cooperative. The differences between Hakka and Non-hakka Commucity, and the relations between inefficiency index and profits of individual agricultural cooperative were also evaluated in this study.
The results have show that agricultural cooperatives of Hakka Community have the cost efficiency of management. They indeed affect the management profits. The possible reason is the effect of their organizational culture and united cooperation. If every agricultural cooperative could promote its technical efficiency, the whole profits might be improved. At last, productivity and competition could be could be enhanced.
