基層農會資源與環境、競爭優勢與創新策略影響創新價值之研究

摘要

本研究依研究動機與目的，以台灣基層農會總幹事為調查對象，並以問卷調查方式與SPSS 17.0統計分析軟體進行實證分析。此間，本研究旨在採變異數分析基層農會組織特徵對各變項之認同及運用路徑分析瞭解基層農會資源與環境、農會競爭優勢、農會創新策略與農會創新價值等構面之影響關係及其效果。研究結果顯示，透過其主要關鍵因素以影響彼此間之正向相關程度，以農會創新策略購面對農會創新價值構面的影響最高。而基層農會資源與環境、農會競爭優勢對農會創新策略及農會創新價值均具有直接影響效果，其中影響基層農會創新價值最主要因子為農會競爭優勢，其次為農會資源與環境。最後，本研究依研究結論更進一步提出管理意涵及具體建議供農會經營者在營運與執行上之參考。

The study is carried out in accordance with the general director of a local farmers' association was interviewed and given a survey. Empirical data was analyzed by using the SPSS 17.0 statistical software. Moreover, this study used variance analysis to test the local farmers' association's organizational characteristics in relation to potential variables affecting various relationships. Furthermore, we used path analysis to understand the farmers' association's resources and environment, competitive advantages, innovation strategy and innovation value.The results show that among the key factors, innovation strategy has the highest impact on the farmers' association's innovation value. Moreover, resources and the environment, competitive advantages, innovation strategy and innovation value directly affect each other. Among which, innovation value is the most important factor affecting competitive advantage, following by resources and the environment. Finally, the findings of this study provide possible implications for management and specific suggestions for the farmers' association.
