摘要


農業一直以來都是世界各國相當重要的基礎產業,在人口持續成長的時代,如何避免糧食危機的發生,除了政策扶植、產業升級、智慧管理外,更重要的是必須面對從業人口老齡化以及吸引年輕人願意投入農業生產的行列,配合各種面向的提升,實現永續農業的願景。除了政策面外,可積極透過科技的輔助,包含硬體的IoT物聯網感測、軟體的ICT資通訊技術,導入大數據分析,透過智慧化的生產技術與生產管理,創造智慧農業的應用環境,改善農業的發展環境,創造農業的產值效益,吸引年輕人投入創意的生產與行銷模式,提供高品質的農產品,進一步發展成為具有國際競爭力的輸出產業。

Agriculture has always been a very important and fundamental industry in the world. Apart from policy support, industrial upgrading and smart management, attracting young farmers to the agricultural industry and overcoming the ageing population are the most important issues in this era of continuous population growth for avoiding a food crisis. Along with the promotion of different efforts, the vision of sustainable agriculture can be achieved. Apart from the help of policy, new technology can enhance the environment of agricultural development. By adding elements such as big data analysis, IoT sensor applications and ICT communication technology, intelligent production and management have become game chargers in this industry. New technology also creates platforms for young farmers to engage in innovative production and marketing. This is the key step to improving product quality and further boosting competitiveness on the international stage.
