儒家禮樂思想中的身體思維-從《禮記》論起

The Body Thought in Li Chi-The Inquires on Confucian Li Yueh

摘要


本論文旨在由儒家闡述禮樂的主要經典-《禮記》中,探討有關「身體思維」的重要意涵,文分三段,第一段前言部分:「有關禮樂文化的省思」:說明中國文化的基礎在禮樂文化,而禮樂活動以「身體」為本,以及三禮之學與身體思維的關聯。第二段本論部分:「禮樂活動與身體思維」,下分兩節:一、「討論儒家禮樂活動的幾點說明」:交代本文討論的背景線索;二、「禮樂活動中的身體思維」:依據儒家文獻資料,分別從(一)在文化中存在之有形的身體形態,抽繹出有關「身體思維」外在化表現的四層意涵;以及(二)對身體內在存有活動的反思,由「身心一體觀」與存有論、認識論的立場,辨析「性」的存有論意義,以及身體在「感物而動」中,所呈現「情、欲、心、知」的存有活動的重要意涵。第三段結論部分:總結前文,撮要說明本文的討論《禮記》之中,有關身體思維的主要心得。

Based on the Book of Rites (Li Chi), this article tries to explore the great significance on body thought in Chinese philosophy and culture. This article is divided into three parts: 1. Introduction: reflection on Li Yueh culture, explains the Chinese culture which stands upon the Confucian Li Yueh culture, the activity of Li Yueh based on flesh body, and the body thought implied within the Rites of Chou, the Book of Ritual, and the Book of Rites (San Li 三禮). 2. Content: the activity of Li Yueh and body thought contains two sections: a. some viewpoints on discussing Confucian Li Yueh activity, which interprets why and how to approach this theme; b. the body thought within activity of Li Yueh, which including two divisions: (1) to bring out four signification on external appearance of flesh body from the body shapes existed in a cultural context; (2) through reflecting the internal action of mind, to distinguish the ontological meaning of Hsing and the existential action of Hsing which moved to response through the feelings and affections. 3. Conclusion: to review the discussion before, and to elucidate the great significance on body thought in the Book of Rites.
