水泥粒片板之紫外光硬化塗裝之研究

摘要


本試驗採用本所自行研製之水泥粒片板為試材,試材依不同粒片百分比組成、板胚重及樹種抄製成各種水泥粒片板,再以紫外光硬化塗料-聚酯類、環氧樹脂等塗料進行塗裝,並經紫外光照射硬化後,再放置於人工加速耐光試驗機中進行劣化試驗。試驗結果顯示:隨著劣化試驗照光時間的增長,塗膜表面的顏色產生明顯變化,色差值增大,而明度留存率及光澤度則明顯降低;變化試材粒片大小百分組成,以#10粒片佔40%者,塗膜性質較佳,而改變基重則對於塗膜性質影響不大;又不同樹種之試材中以美蘭蒂木絲抄造之板材其塗膜色差值變化最大;比較照光後不同種類塗料之塗膜性質顯示,以環氧樹脂類塗料其顏色變化較輕微,且保有良好的明度。

The purpose of this research is to compare the practicability of commercial UV-curing coatings used in wood-cement particle board. Three UV-curing coatings including two polyester resins and one epoxy resin are used in this experiment. After exposure to UV light accelerated aging chamber, changes in the coating properties including color difference, brightness retention, gloss and hardness are examined. The experimental results reveal that the color difference is proportional to accelerated aging time, but brightness retention and gloss are in inverse proportions. Among the three UV-curing coatings, the best color difference and gloss are displayed by epoxy resin. In addition, the effects of exposing coatings on the surface of different compositions of wood-cement particle board to accelerated aging are also compared and discussed.
