一人圖書館組織結構普化現象顯著,編制員額少,預算財政困難,怎樣突破經營瓶頸,藉以發揮預期功能,是圖書館行政亟待解決的問題,本文企圖從行政組織法的觀點分析一人圖書館組織現狀,並提供有效經營之權變策略。
The growth of one-man library structure is diffuse very clear. It encounters great strait in the rigid limitation of the staff and budget. Accordingly, with a view to break through this bottleneck and get the predicted effectiveness of operation, the urgent problem to be solved in the library ad-ministration, this article intends to analysis the organization and status quo of one-man library and provide effective strategy for delegating management from the legal points of the administrative organization.
