爭議性主題是各圖書館館藏發展的棘手問題，其間亦牽涉館員專業倫理的認定標準，本案例以喧騰一時的猥褻書刊應否查禁所引發的爭辯為軸心，經由法理上解析，以便提供館員面臨困境時之參考。

Arguable topics are acrid problems which many libraries face in developing collection. The issue is entangled in the recognition of professional ethics of librarians. The issue uses a controversial case whether sexual materials should be prohibited, as it has already aroused enthusiastic discussion in public, as the approaching axlis, through the analysis of legal theories, it provides librarians with the reference in how to deal with debacles.
