摘要

本文旨在探討資訊系統相關之倫理課題。首先界定倫理、倫理規範及資訊倫理的範疇。繼之，探討可能影響組織中倫理與非倫理行為的概念模式。組織中的倫理與非倫理行為的影響因素，包括社會、政府與法律、工作、專業及個人環境等五種，個人屬性亦對決策造成影響。資訊倫理相關課題既多且複雜，隱私權、正確性、所有權及使用權是其中較常見且較重要者。為探討在管理資訊系統／資訊系統（MIS/IS）相關課程講教授倫理課題的三種考慮事項，首先，說明應在何處教授倫理？繼而敘述應採用何種方式教授倫理？最後，提出與資訊系統之倫理課題相關問題的建議。

The emergence of computerized information systems as a key component of an organization has expanded the scope of ethical concerns. This article aims at exploring the ethical issues in information systems. The paper first defines the scope of ethic, ethical codes and information ethics. It then de-scribes various factors which affect ethical and unethical behavior in organization, including a decision-maker's social, government and legal, work, professional and personal environments. Next, it discusses four issues concerning ”ntellectural capital” in the information age: privacy, accuracy, property, and access. The paper lastly discusses ethics education in information systems classes. Three major concerns presented by the author deals with (1) where ethics should be taught, (2) which pedagogical mechanism should be used, and (3) how to explore ethics issues in information systems.
