圖書館如何落實終身學習方案

How Libraries Fulfill the Program of Lifelong Learning

摘要


教育部公布了「邁向學習社會」白皮書,敘述終身學習的必要性,目標、具體途徑及附錄14個方案。各類型圖書館在推展終身學習方面,扮演著重要的角色,也負有執行政策成敗的重要職責。本文依圖書館實際可能服務的情況,將各方案分別列為主辦、協辦及參與等三類略敘如何落實辦理研習、講座、展演及其他推廣活動,以期人人學習、時時學習、處處學習,使社會和諧、進步。

The Ministry of Education (R.O.C.) published ”Towards the Learning Society”, it describes the importance of lifelong learning, it's contents include: the necessities, the goals and the practicing programs. Different types of libraries not only play an important role in promoting of the lifelong learning, but also as a responsible for a success of executive policy. Based on the possible service condition of the libraries, the article is divided into three parts; sponsors, supports and participants. Its briefly describes to how to host workshops, lectures, exhibitions and other promoting activities. Hoping that everybody will learn anywhere, anytime and we will have much better narmonious society.
