Library automation system for public libraries in country has been developing in very speed recently. Basically centralization is the major concept of public libraries. In contrast, they are independent under local government under distributed politic organization. But there are a lot of different benefits between centralization and distribution for system management and development. To discuss these issues about of which two models for them in country is.
