本研究旨在歸納讀書會實務工作者對讀書會的團體動力因素之觀點,並參照讀書會的參與觀察所得,瞭解實務工作者推展讀書會活動時,應用團體動力的理念和經驗,以提供其他讀書會實務工作者參考。期望藉由本研究所歸納統整出的實務工作者觀點,提供讀書會的實務推動者,瞭解讀書會的團體動力因素,從而應用團體動力的理論,以增進讀書會的運作與發展成效。為達成此研究目的,研究者針對讀書會與團體動力的相關文獻進行探討,再以文獻探討的結果,作為訪談的基礎,並配合參與觀察讀書會的相關活動,發展出「讀書會的團體動力因素訪談表」,然後半結構性訪談八個讀書會的實務工作者,所得資料配合參與觀察結果分析,並對照其他的讀書會相關研究,綜合討論後,統整歸納出讀書會的團體動力因素,主要有團體溝通、團體領導和團體凝聚力等層面。
The purpose of this study is to investigate the practitioners viewpoints on the factors about group dynamics for study circles in Taiwan. The result of the study can suggest the practitioners of study circles to understand the factors about group dynamics for study circles, and apply the theory about group dynamics to increase the effectiveness of operations and development for study circles. Therefore, the methods of this study include interview and participation observation. The researcher conducted semistructured interviews with the practitioners of eight study circles and participator observations were followed. After analyzing the data, the elements of group dynamics for study circles were divided into three dimensions, group communication, group leadership and group cohesion.
