摘要

圖書館不論是館藏內容的成長與維護，或是服務的提供上，所應用的工具隨著資訊科技的進步，而不斷的改變。現今圖書館事業面臨的挑戰有兩方面：知識數位化、新舊組織典範的轉變。學習型組織是一種可能以持續學習且能創新與成長的組織型態，學習是組織行為改變的原動力。身處變化快速的大環境，圖書館的組織與管理應朝新組織典範思考，增強生存的競爭力。

The tools applied by the libraries in the growth and maintenance of the library collection or the service offering vary continuously while the computer and network technology improves. At the present time, library has two challenges: knowledge digitalization and the paradigm change of management. Library should find the new value in the future. This article tries to discuss how the library works with the concept of learning organization and how to strengthen the competition of the library.
