摘要

各類型的圖書館常藉由「館際合作」的方式來整合利用資源並達到資源共享的目的，鄉鎮圖書館在此一業務體系下常是居於被動及受惠者的角色地位，本文以大社鄉立圖書館的經營實務為例，分享合作交流的作法與方式，在鄉鎮層級中，化被動為主動，透過各種合作、交流方式發揮鄉鎮圖書館的全方位功能。

All kinds of libraries integrate and take advantage of the resources by ”Interlibrary Cooperation” to achieve the purpose of information sharing. Under the administration system, the role of the town libraries be comes passive and the beneficiary. The article take the management of Tashe Library for example to share the procedures and methods under the levels of township. Tashe Library changes the passive role into active ones by means of all kinds of cooperation and interaction, and developing the overall functions of town libraries.
