摘要


館藏行銷應充分反應顧客的需求,並使館藏方便利用。改變圖書館館藏的組織、陳列及標示是增進館藏使用的重要行銷作法。本文除介紹館藏組織、館藏行銷、館藏陳列及展示、館藏標示的作法,並以國外公共圖書館的經驗,說明可採行的創意措施。

Promoting the collection makes the collection accessible by reflecting our customers' needs. Changing collection organization, collection displays and signage are the important promoting ways to increase the usage of library collection. This article addresses the concepts in promoting a library collection using basic merchandising techniques and gives concrete examples and tips for implementation.
