Emerging technologies and people's information needs are constant renewal. The participatory culture of public libraries was one of important discourses to respond to "user-centered" viewpoint, but rarely explored to how to practice. This paper suggests referring to digital content curation that is the act of data using and sharing. Curators had to select materials from internet and organization, presentation to others by social media. From this perspective, librarians can open and storytelling data collection to lead users to participate in the creative process. Furthermore, we collaborated in the interaction, expanding the flow of knowledge and services.
