學校圖書館與公共圖書館合作服務之探析

Study on the cooperation between school library and public library

摘要


本文從學校圖書館的角度出發,聚焦於臺北市立圖書館的青少年與兒童閱讀資源,分析融入校園閱讀教學活動的可行性,透過團體借閱證、好書大家讀、好書指南以及電子資源四項實例的分析,提出三項建議,首先是合作研發教學資源包,提供雲端公開取用服務;其次是建立策略聯盟的機制,擴散閱讀活動的效益;最後是設置經驗分享的平台,強化圖書館的教育職責,達到培養讀者成為終身學習者的共同目標。

The study focus on the four cases: library card for schools, recommended booklist, year book review, and electronic resources which are the successful, cooperative relationship between the Wanxing Elementary Library and the Taipei Public Library. Based on results of the cases analysis, three recommendations are proposed in this paper. The first one is to develop resource packages which provide cloud open access services; the second one is to build the mechanisms of strategic alliances to promote the reading benefits; and the last one is to set a sharing platform which enhances the library education role to help readers become the lifelong learners.
