淺談臺灣公共圖書館異業合作－以臺北市立圖書館文山分館為例

摘要

在圖書館事業發展白皮書中指出公共圖書館以社會大眾為主要服務對象，推廣社會教育及辦理文化活動，以推展全民資訊素養，促進終身學習的目標。而面臨服務時間長，人力不足、資源不足，專業度有限的問題，臺北市立圖書館文山分館嘗試藉由異業合作的方式，擴大與社區機關、學校、團體及醫療院所合作，辦理不同性質的活動，將服務範圍延伸到館外場域，提升常態活動的附加價值，以提供大眾優質的圖書資訊服務。

Public libraries take the general public as the main service target. The goals of public libraries are to promote information literacy of the whole people and to achieve lifelong learning. Faced with the problems of long service time, insufficient manpower, inadequate resources, and limited subject knowledge, Taipei Public Library Wenshan Branch has dedicated to cooperating with cross-field institutions to hold different types of events and provide high-quality information services to the public.
