公共衛生護產人員對家庭計劃態度及行為之研究

摘要

本研究以臺灣地區所有衛生局及衛生所編制內公共衛生護士、護士、助產士為對象，瞭解他們對家庭計劃工作的態度和行為，研究始於民國65年1月止於民國65年6月，結果顯示如下：1.本研究公共衛生護產人員的理想子女數為2－3個，99.5%都希望能有一個或二個男孩，即使假設已有二個女孩也只有1/3人表示不再生育，顯示男孩仍是決定是否節育的一重要因素。2.對於節育方法介紹，護產人員以安全無副作用及方便為第一優先，54.3%人員喜歡介紹裝置樂普，26.1%喜歡介紹輸卵管結紮，最不贊同的方法是口服避孕藥和中斷法。3. 69.3%的已婚護產人員曾有節育的經驗，而目前正在節育的有42.2%，與我國一般育齡婦女節育狀況大致相似，目前所使用方法以安全期及保險套合用為最多，次為裝置樂普。4. 94.9%護產人員贊同在一些理由下實施人工流產，以宗教信仰觀，除信仰天主教百分率稍低一些外，其他都大致相同。5. 32.7%已婚護產人員曾有實施人工流產的經驗，其中55.27%是因節育失敗又懷孕而去做的，顯見雖然護產人員對節育方法很清楚，但因種種因素仍有很高百分率失敗，而不得不實施人工流產，停止懷孕。

The purpose of this survey is to find out the attitude toward and the practice of Family Planning of the Public Health Nurses and Midwives in Taiwan. The sample size is 1151 of the Public Health Nurses and Midwives of which 1016 have completed the questionnaire, Following are the findings:1. The ideal number of children is 2-3 and all of them desire at least one boy. In case they have had 2 girls already, only one third of them decided not to have the third child for the time being.2. The contraception methods they would like to recommend are the Loops and Tubal Ligation, Oral pill and Coitus interruptus are the least recommended.3. 69.3% married nurses and midwiveshad had birth control experiences, 42.2% are practicing birh control at present, most of them use the combination of Safety period and Condom, next use Loops.4. 94.9% of the Nurses and Midwives approved induced abortion as a method under various circumstances regardless of their religous belief.5. 32.7% married Nurses and Midwaves have had the experience of induced abortion. Among them almost one half of the induced abortion are done because failure of contraception.
