摘要

本文報告首次對國人大腦內側面，腦溝之位置、形狀、長度、對稱性及各重要相關部位之間距的研究。二十五個大腦標本皆取自國防醫學院大體解剖室教學用之遺體，保存在10%福馬林固定液中。以多次、多種測重方法，測量腦溝之長度及間距，測得結果，大腦（不包括腦幹部份）平均濕重為945.7公克。中央溝頂端位置偏近枕極1.16公分。扣帶溝平均長度為16.62±1.41公分；頂枕溝平均長度為5.18±0.59公分；禽距溝平均長度為7.87±0.84公分。嗅結節至胼胝體嘴部間距為2.01±0.27公分，額極至前連合間距為5.95±0.31公分；額極至胼胝體膝部間距為3.32±0.32公分；中央溝頂端至胼胝體體部間距為4.14±0.31公分；中央溝頂端至松果腺上緣間距為6.24±0.41公分；枕極至胼胝體膨大部間距為5.63±0.48公分；枕極至松果腺後緣間距為6.73±0.48公分；前連合至後連合間距為2.28±0.09公分；胼胝體長度為7.15±0.41公分。額極至枕極間距為16.23±0.58公分。24%扣帶溝呈不連續性。鈎狀禽距溝發生率為52%。此一鈎狀禽距溝可能為中國人大腦所獨具的特徵之一。

The purpose of this study is to attempt an investigation of the sulcal pattern of medial surface in Chinese brains including the shape, length, location, symmetry of the sulci and the interval length between the two important encephalometric points. Twenty-five brains (fifty cerebral hemispheres) preserved in 10% formalin solution were obtained from the cadavers of the Anatomy Laboratory of the National Defense Medical Center. The average weight of the brain (without the middle brain, pons and medulla oblongata) is 945.7 gm. The upper portion of the central sulcus is located 1.16 cm towards the occipital pole. The average length of the cingulate sulcus is 16.62±1.41 cm; the parieto-occipital sulcus is 5.18±0.59 cm; the calcarine sulcus is 7.87±0.84 cm. The interval length between the tuberculum olfactorium and rostrum of the corpus callosum is 2.01±0.27 cm; The frontal pole to the anterior commissure is 5.95±0.31 cm; the frontal pole to genu of the corpus callosum is 3.32±0.32 cm; the upper end point of central sulcus to body of the corpus callosum is 4.14±0.31 cm; the occipital pole to splenium of the corpus callosum is 5.63±0.48 cm; the occipital pole to the pineal gland is 6.73±0.48 cm; the anterior commissure to the posterior commissure is 2.28±0.09 cm; the average length of the corpus callosum is 7.15±0.41 cm. The average length from the frontal pole to the occipital pole is 16.23±0.58 cm. The average curve length from the frontal pole to the occipital pole is 23.84±0.98 cm. Twenty-four per cent of the cingulated sulcus presented a discontinuous distribution pattern. The incidence of hook-like calcarine sulcus occurring is fifty-two percent. In conclusion, the presence of hook-like calcarine sulcus may be a characteristic feature of the Chinese brain.
