電腦斷層攝影在縱膈腔支氣管囊腫之應用

9例經手術切除與病理切片證實之縱膈腔支氣管囊腫患者在手術前皆接受過電腦斷層攝影機查，有5例患者之電腦斷層攝影密度比值分別為38，39，44，49，55HU，超過一般囊腫應有之密度而與其它縱膈腔內實體腫瘤不易區分，可是8例接受注射顯影劑之患者其電腦斷層密度比值皆未出現有意義之顯影加強情形，與一般縱膈腔腫瘤之表現極為不間，而可以據此達成鑑別診斷。

Nine patients with mediastinal bronchogenic cysts were described. CT scans demonstrated mass of attenuations higher than 30 HU in 5 patients. They look like ”solid” tumors and are difficult to make differentiaI diagnosis with other mediastinal solid tumors. However, no tumor enhancement can be found in all patients who have received computed tomography after contrast medium injection. This is quite different from the mediastinal solid tumors and we can make differential diagnosis with them by this way.
