血液癌症化學治療患者衛教前後認知之比較

Evaluation of the Healthy Education for Blood Neoplastic Patients with Chemotherapy

摘要


This study investigated the effect of the healthy education on patients with blood neoplastic disease under chemotberapy. The healthy education questionaire and testing problems were designed and prepared in Febuary, 1990. The program was proceeded from August to December 1990 in the ward of Hematology. Taipei Veteran General Hospital.Before and after the healthy education program, patients participiated a writting test. Thirty two subjects finished the study. The test scores were used to evaluate the results of the program which are stated as followings:1. 1t has a significant difference for two test scores which were given before and after the healthy education using pair t-test. It indicated that the bealthy education could improve the acquirment of patient in chemotherapy of blood neoplastic disease.2. Test scores were correlated to ages and frequencies of chemotherapy. (P < 0.05)3. The difference of test scorses for before and after the healthy education were correlated to the frequencies of chemothrapy. (P<0.05).4. The self knowledge of most patients were barely realizing the chemotherapy (75%). Most patients liked to attend the healthy education of chemotherapy (90.6%).5. Both test scores、either before or after healthy education were indpendent on sex. education level, time of admission, reading chemotherapeutic information and experience of chemotherapeutic education.
