Clinical Use of Free Superficial Temporal Fascia Flaps In Hand and Foot Reconstruction
淺顳肌膜瓣在手足重建之臨床應用
摘要
手及足部之組織缺損須要薄、不肥厚、柔軟及帶血管莖之皮瓣來重建。特別是在有外露之關節、肌腱、血管及神經之缺損時。淺顳肌膜瓣符合上列之條件並可以提供12x 14cm之面積供手足部外表覆蓋及重建。血管大小很適合顯微接合且解剖位置很固定。對整形外科醫師而言這是一塊很實用的皮瓣之一。我們有31例病例，14例在手部及17例在足部之重建，其臨床技術及應用提出報告。

The reconstruction of the wounds over hand and foot calls for thin, non-bulky, pliable and vascularized flap especially around joint, over vital tissue such as bare tendon, vessels and nerve. The superficial temporal fascia flap meets all these requirements and can be used to cover deficits up to 12 x 14 cm in hand and foot. The vessels are large and the anatomy is constant. It is a versatile flap for the plastic surgeons. We present 31 cases of clinical applicatìon of free superficial temporal fascia flaps, 14 cases in hand and 17 cases in foot. The clinical applications and techneques are discussed in detail.
