中藥方劑微波乾燥法之評估
Evaluations of Microwave Drying on Chinese Medical Preparations

Microwaves are a form of electromagnetic radiation which are useful for heating and drying. In this report, different microwave drying methods were applied to three Chinese medical preparations. The drying rate of 2450 MHz microwave was affected by the natural properties of the sample, thickness of the sample, power of microwave, and duration of microwave drying. The temperature of samples, after drying by microwave, was found between 82-89℃, The internal moisture moves easier for microwave drying than the traditional drying method.
