復發性多軟骨炎：一病例報告
摘要
復發性多軟骨炎為一罕見，原因不明，造成耳朵、鼻子、氣管及關節等軟骨組織之重復發炎反應。外耳軟骨炎是最常見的現象。治療方法包括使用類固醇、非類固醇抗發炎藥物和免疫抑制劑。本文提出一中國女性，右耳急性發作、疼痛、紅腫，接著左耳、前胸肋聯合及咽喉等部位軟骨亦受侵犯。而以類固醇、非類固醇抗發炎藥物和免疫抑制劑治療成功之病例。

Relapsing polychondritis is a rare inflammatory disorder of unknown etiology causing recur rent inflammatory reactions in the cartilaginous structures of the ears, nose, trachea, and joints. Auricular chondritis is the most common manifestation. Treatment consists of administration of corticosteroids and other anti-inflammatory and immunosuppressive drugs. We report a 31-year-old Chinese woman who experienced the acute onset of pain, redness, and swelling of her right ear. Subsequently, the other ear, the anterior costochondral junction, and the laryngotracheal cartilage became inflamed. Relapsing polychondritis was diagnosed and treated with systemic corticosteroid, nonsteroid anti-inflammatory drugs, and azathioprine successfully.
