Disseminated Superficial Actinic Porokeratosis on the Face

並列摘要

We reported the case of a 21-year-old male who presented with a 3-year history of multiple eruptive asymptomatic annular skin lesions limited to the face. The pathologic examination of the skin lesion revealed the characteristic feature of cornoid lamella. Combining the clinical manifestation and pathologic finding, we confirmed the diagnosis of disseminated superficial actinic porokeratosis (DSAP) with involvement of the face exclusively. To the best of our knowledge, there are only 2 cases in the literature of localized superficial porokeratosis with exclusive facial involvement. Therefore, we presented this unusual case and reviewed the relevant literature regarding porokeratosis.
