PVA高分子添加劑對精密鑄造陶殼模泥漿性能之影響

Effects of Polyvinyl Alcohol Polymer Additive on the Properties of Slurry for Ceramic Shell Mold

摘要


本研究在製作陶殼模用之面漿與背漿中,以PVA高分子為添加劑,探討其對泥漿基本性能及流變性能的影響,並與未添加添加劑之泥漿性能作比較。 研究結果顯示:對泥漿混合的影響,PVA添加於面漿與背漿時,可降低泥漿達到穩定時間。對泥漿pH 值的影響,泥漿的pH值有降低的趨勢。對泥漿流變性的影響,PVA高分子可延續泥漿壽命。對泥漿水分散失速率的影響,可使泥漿水分散失速率降低。

The effects of the PVA polymer additive on the basic and rheological properties of the primary and backup slurries have been studied. Meanwhile, the properties of the no-PVA polymer added slurry have also been studied and compared. Experimental results showed as follows; (1) the time required to reach the slurry stability were reduced; (2) the slurry pH values were lowered; (3) the life of slurry were extended; (4) the slurry water content remained stable.
