摘要

本研究探討添加鈦元素於Inconel 713LC用以輕量化時，對超合金微觀組織以及機械性質的影響。本實驗試桿用精密鑄造法製備，分別添加三種不同量的鈦去觀察材料顯微組職以及機械性質的改變。樣品製備是先將鈦元素與母材Inconel 713 LC同時於坩堝中加熱形成熔體，再澆注於陶模中。對不同鈦含量之樣品進行熱處理，熱處理參數為固熔處理1180 ℃持溫2小時；時效處理649℃持溫16小時。之後再將as-cast三種添加量的試桿與熱處理後三種添加量之試桿進行機械性質以及微觀組織之觀察，去做鈦添加於Inconel 713LC的研究及分析。由熱游離SEM觀察其顯微組織，並用阿基米德法以及洛氏硬度機量測其密度及硬度。最終鈦添加至4.4%時實際密度可由7.87 g/cm^3降低至7.75 g/cm^3，而機械性質測試中，鈦含量為2.85wt%時，在中溫有最佳的抗拉強度1130MPa；而鈦含量為1.52wt%時，在高溫有最佳的抗拉強度475MPa。而在潛變測試中，鈦含量為1.52wt%時有最長的破斷時間92.2小時，較母材之破斷時間66.0小時明顯提升。

This research investigates the effect of Titanium addition on the microstructure and mechanical properties when lighting Inconel 713 LC. The Inconel 713 LC specimen was made by precision casting, added with three different amounts of titanium to observe the changes in the microstructure and mechanical properties. Titanium and the Inconel 713 LC was melted in the crucible, and poured it into the mold. The heat treatment processes were conducted to all specimens, the solution treatment was at 1180℃ for 2 hours and the aging treatment was at 649 ℃ for 16 hours. The microstructure and mechanical properties between these samples were carefully studied. Observe the microstructure by thermionic electron gun scanning electron microscopy, and measure the density by Archimedes Method, and measure the hardness by Rockwell hardness test. When titanium addition up to 4.4%, the actual density decrease from 7.87 g/cm^3 to 7.75 g/cm^3, and In the mechanical property test, when the titanium content is 2.85 wt%, the best tensile strength at medium temperature is 1130 MPa; And the titanium content is 1.52wt%, the best optimum tensile strength is 475 MPa. In the creep test, the longest breaking time was 92.2 hours when the titanium content was 1.52 wt%, which was significantly higher than the breaking time of the base material of 66.0 hours.
