添加鋁元素對Inconel 713LC鎳基超合金的微觀組織與機械性質之影響

摘要


隨著環保意識的提升,汽車加裝渦輪增壓器越來越普及,鎳基超合金Inconel 713LC為目前汽車渦輪增壓器常用材料之一。相對於其他鎳基超合金而言,其價格較為低廉,因此本研究探討添加鋁元素於Inconel 713LC用以輕量化時,對原本超合金微觀組織以及機械性質的影響。本實驗試桿用精密鑄造法製備,分別添加三種不同含量的鋁去觀察顯微組職以及機械性質的改變。再對不同鋁含量之樣品進行熱處理,熱處理參數為固熔處理1180℃進行2小時;時效處理650℃進行16小時。之後再將as-cast三種添加量的試桿與熱處理後三種添加量之試桿進行機械性質以及微觀組織之觀察,去做鋁添加於Inconel 713LC的研究及分析。使用掃描式電子顯微鏡觀察其顯微組織,之後採用阿基米德法以及洛氏硬度機量測其密度及硬度。最終鋁添加至6.75 wt%時實際密度可由7.87 g/cm^3降低至7.75 g/cm^3,而硬度從32.2 HRC提升至35.8 HRC。

With the increasing awareness of environmental protection, the addition of turbochargers to automobiles is becoming more and more popular. The nickel-based superalloy Inconel 713LC is one of the commonly used materials for automotive turbochargers. Compared with other nickel-based superalloys, the price is relatively low. Therefore, this study investigated the effect of adding aluminum on the microstructure and mechanical properties of the original superalloy when it was lightened by Inconel 713LC. The test rods were prepared by precision casting method, and three different contents of aluminum were added to observe the changes in the microstructure and mechanical properties. The samples of different aluminum contents were further subjected to heat treatment, and the heat treatment parameters were solid solution treatment at 1180 ° C for 2 hours; aging treatment at 650 ° C for 16 hours. Then, the as-cast three kinds of test rods and the three kinds of test rods after heat treatment were observed for mechanical properties and microstructure, and aluminum was added to Inconel 713LC for research and analysis. The microstructure was observed using a scanning electron microscope, and then the density and hardness were measured by Archimedes method and Rockwell hardness machine. When the final aluminum is added to 6.75 wt%, the actual density can be reduced from 7.87 g/cm3 to 7.75 g/cm3, while the hardness increase from32.2 HRC to 35.8 HRC.
