鋁、鈦、鋯元素添加對MAR-M247鎳基超合金顯微組織之影響

Effect of Aluminum/Titanium/Zirconium Addition on Microstructure of MAR-M247 Nickel-based Superalloy

摘要


藉由添加鋁鈦鋯三種元素至MAR-M247鎳基超合金中,觀察三種元素對MAR-M247的微觀組織與機械性質的影響,根據不同的元素配比,其樣本可分為MAR-M247母材、L1、L2、L3、L4五種樣本。由SEM與OM顯微組織觀測可發現L2、L3的碳化物有明顯球化的現象,長寬比分別為1.857、1.716,L4則趨於球化,其餘樣本皆以集中型的文字狀結構為主。藉由影像分析可比較出,γ'析出相的面積分率以L2、L3為最高(L2 : 53.44%、L3 : 56.71%),且兩者的維氏硬度最高(L2 : 470.09 Hv、L3 : 451.53 Hv)。在SEM觀察及影像分析中可發現L1~L4的共晶相比例皆比MAR-M247母材(9.1 %)高。

Adding three elements of aluminum, titanium and zirconium to MAR-M247 nickel-based superalloy, the effects on the microstructure and mechanical properties of MAR-M247 were studied. According to different element ratios, five kinds of samples (MAR-M247 base material, L1, L2, L3, L4) were used. Observation of the microstructure of the SEM and OM reveals that the carbides of L2 and L3 have obvious spheroidization. The carbide aspect ratios are 1.857 and 1.716, respectively, and L4 tends to form the sphere shape. The highest area fraction of γ' phase (L2: 53.44%, L3: 56.71%) and the highest Vickers hardness (L2: 470.09 Hv, L3: 451.53 Hv) were L2, L3. The eutectic proportions of L1 to L4 are all higher than the MAR-M247 base material (9.1%).
