Spinal Seeding in Recurrent Primary Intracranial Fibrosarcoma: Report of a Case
復發性顱內纖維肉瘤的髓播散：病例報告
摘要
顱內的纖維肉瘤十分罕見，大部分病人治療失敗的原因是局部復發及腦脊髓膜擴散。我們報告一位16歲原發性顱內纖維肉瘤的男孩，經過手術切除，放射線照射仍然復發，復發的腫瘤鄰近腦室，即使在我們以加馬刀照射仍進展成脊髓擴散。目前顱內纖維肉瘤腦脊髓擴散的原因不明。本文就原發性顱內纖維肉瘤的治療和預後做文獻的回顧。以及針對腦脊髓膜擴散做討論。

Sarcoma of the brain is extremely rare. Treatment failure in most cases is due to local recurrence or leptomeningeal seeding. We present a 16-year-old boy who harbored primary intracranial fibrosarcoma, initially presented with intracranial hemorrhage. Primary intracranial fibrosarcoma was diagnosed by immuocytochemistical examination and serial systemic tumor survey. However, spinal seeding was noted even after our active tumor removal, radiation therapy, and gamma knife surgery for residual tumor directly connecting with the ventricular system. Here we discuss primary intracranial sarcoma and leptomeningeal seeding.
