Malignant Schwannoma with a Rhabdomyoblastic Component a So-Called Malignant "Triton" Tumor: Report of a Case and Review of Literature
惡性神經髓鞘瘤合併橫紋肌胚瘤分化（惡性蠑螈瘤）：病例報告及文獻覆閱
摘要
惡性神經髓鞘瘤合併橫紋肌胚瘤的分化，稱為惡性蠑螈瘤，最早在1932年由Masson所處出，到目前為止在英文文獻記載上，僅有38例報告，本文報告此一罕見的惡性瘤，除討論其組織成因及組織病理上的特徵外，並覆閱文獻所報告的病例。

Malignant ”Triton” tumor, malignant schwannoma with a rhabdomyoblastic differentiation, are rare. There only 38 cases have been previously reported in the English journal. We herein report an additional case, a 41-year-old man with Von-Recklinghausen's Neurofibromatosis(VRN) with a tumor mass over the right buttock region for more than 10 years. We also use the immuno peroxidase staining for the schwann's cell marker S-100 protein and for the skeletal muscle proteins actin and myoglobin to elucidate the histopathologic characteristics of this malignant tumor. The literatures about histopathogenesis and prognosis are also reviewed.
