Synchronous Intestinal Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma with Gastric Cancer: Report of a Case
胃癌合併原發性小腸淋巴瘤：病例報告
摘要
一名68歲女性病患因上腹痛至急診求醫而入院，經一系列的檢查中，胃鏡的切片報告中顯示於胃小彎－1.0公分的潰瘍，病理報告證實為腺癌，此病患接受腹腔鏡全胃切除術治療胃癌，但於5個月後發現原發性的小腸淋巴瘤，她再次接受切除手術，並且於術後接受化學治療，化學治療後追蹤4年迄今仍未復發。我們回顧同時性胃癌合併原發性小腸淋巴瘤的相關文獻，並討論其可能的致病原因。

A 68-year-old female patient suffered from epigastralgia for 5 years. Physical examination did not show any abnormal findings. She underwent panendoscopy with biopsy, which revealed an ulcer 1.0-cm in diameter at the lesser curvature of the stomach. The pathologic study showed adenocarcinoma, chronic gastritis, and infection of Helicobacter pylon. She underwent laparoscopic total gastrectomy. The final staging for the gastric cancer was TisN0M0. Five months later, she found a palpable 8×5-cm mass in the left lower quadrant of her abdomen. Abdominal computed tomography revealed a mass of homogenous density in the mesentery of the small bowel. She underwent segmental resection of the small bowel. The pathologic study revealed B-cell lymphoma (8.5×8×7 cm) in the small bowel mesentery. She received adjuvant chemotherapy thereafter. Under close surveillance for 4 years, she had no recurrence of either cancer.
