Ruptured Sinus of Valsalva Aneurysm into the Interventricular Septum: Report of a Case
破裂至心室中隔的主動脈竇瘤：病例報告
摘要
破裂至心室中隔的主動脈竇動脈瘤極為少見，並且病患常合併有程度不一的主動脈瓣閉鎖不全。本篇文章報告一個三十一歲，從前無任何症狀之男子因為胸痛就醫，聽診發現左前胸有一舒張期心雜音，及胸部x光影像有中隔腔擴大狀況。經一系列包括立體心臟超音波的檢查，診斷為破裂至心室中隔之主動脈竇動脈瘤及重度主動脈瓣返流，病人接受主動脈瓣置換手術治療並且追蹤六個月之後無併發症。

A ruptured sinus of Valsalva aneurysm into the interventricular septum is rare and usually associated with aortic valve insufficiency. Herein, we present, a 31 year-old male patient, who had anterior chest pain without radiation during exercise. A diastolic murmur was heard along the left parasternal border, and the chest x-ray revealed a widened mediastinum. The patient received serial examination including 3-D echocardiography. A ruptured sinus of Valsalva aneurysm into the interventricular septum and severe aortic insufficiency were the tentative diagnosis. He underwent an operation of repair of the aneurysmal sac and replacement of an aortic valve. He has now been followed-up for 6 months, and the postoperative course had been uneventful.
