摘要

一年來，高雄醫學院骨科一共有60位病人，61處罹患肩關節症狀，接受臨床評估以後，再利用肩關節造影術和關節鏡的檢查以查尋其原因。我們發現，肩關節造影術和關節鏡在肩關節疾患的診斷上，是相當有力的武器。茲報告兩者在使用上的臨床經驗。

From January 1984 to January 1985, 60 patients with 61 shoulders involved by various clinical problems such as, frozen shoulder, instability, rotator cuff tear and unknown shoulder pain were re-evaluated by arthrography and arthroscopy at Kaohsiung Medical College Hospital. Although arthrography and arthroscopy have been used for many years, they have only recently assumed a more important role in the diagnosis of shoulder disorders. In our series, the final diagnosis were confirmed by arthrography (in all cases) and arthroscopy (in 19 shoulders). We found that both can provid a better understanding of lesions in the shoulder joint.
