Non-Union of the Carpal Scaphoid Fracture
手腕舟狀骨骨折的未癒合
摘要
手腕舟狀骨的未癒合並不少見，它常需較長時間的固定才會癒合。本文分析十八例舟狀骨的未癒合及延遲癒合，平均追蹤時間為3.7年。十一例由手腕腹側行嵌入植骨(Russe)，其中十例結果良好。三例行近位小骨塊切除，二例行手腕固定術，此五例時關節均不痛。兩例由手腕胡側行植骨手術，一例結果尚可，另一例結果不良，肇因於手腕關節發生退他性關節炎。本文結果顯示由腹行嵌入植骨對於舟狀骨中部骨折之未癒合有良好之結果。

Non-union of the scaphoid fracture was not uncommon, but it took long time to unite and eventually would lost much time to return working. In this report eighteen patients with non-union or delayed union of the scaphoid fracture were reviewed with an average follow-up of 3.7 years. Volar inlay graft (Russe) was performed in eleven patients. And ten of the eleven got good results. Excision of the proximal small fragment was done in three patients and wrist fusion was done in two patients. All these five patients got painless wrist. Bone grafting by dorsal by dorsal approach was done in two patients. These had fair and poor result due to osteoarthritic change of the radiocarpal joint. The study of the hone-grafting for scaphoid non-unions at the middle one-third revealed that good results were obtained from volar inlay technique (Russe).
