Pigmented Villonodular Synovitis of the Knee
膝關節色素沉澱性絨毛結節性滑膜炎
摘要
從1979年9月至1984年10月間，有11位病人罹患膝關節色素沉澱性絨毛結節性滑膜炎 ( PVS )。其中8位女性、3位男性，年齡從10至63歲，平均28.5 ± 16.2歲。6位右膝、5位左膝受到侵犯。 臨床特徵是膝腫脹要積水、血性關節液。一般X光片並無異常。診斷是靠關節鏡所見，手術所見及病理檢查。治療是全滑膜切除。半月狀軟骨在3位病人中因無法保留而切除。手術後，用石膏固定2~3週。然後肌肉訓練，水療及推拿等物理紿療約6個月，直到膝關節活動度達到90度以上。 經2年2個月至8年3個月的追蹤檢查，膝關節活動度仍能維持在90至150度，平均122 ± 16度，且無再發現象。

Eleven patients, 8 females and 3 males, with diffuse pigmented villonodular synovitis (PVS)of the knee have been treatedwith total synovectomy and regimen of postoperative rehabilitation. During the follow-up for 2 years and 2 months to 8 years and 3 months, average 60.9 ± 24.7 months, no recurrence has been noted. Besides, range of motion of the treated knee was quite satisfactory with an average of 122 ± 16 degrees. Chronically swollen knee with seosanuineous effusion was the characteristic clinical picture.
