Surgical Correction of Pes Cavus and Equinus Deformity in Two Young Adults
小兒麻痺症引發弓形足年輕成人的手術方法
摘要
弓形足是畸形足之一，很多疾病和外傷會引起此畸形足，正確治療，早期治療，病人大都都會得到很好的結果，但是手術方法很多，並沒有標準方法，而且年齡不同手術方法也有差異。 本篇報告兩個年輕成人由於小兒痺症引起弓形足畸形，兩患者正常鞋子都無法穿著而來本院求診，我們施行Japas Osteotomy和從足底施行Extensive Planter Release兩種方法合併，保存了後足活動能力，兩患者術後都已超過一年，都對結果滿意，並穿正常鞋子。 由於小兒麻痺症尚未絕跡，而且患者兒童期常被延誤，骨科醫師有責任處置，因此我們提出此報告並認為是可靠安全的手術方法。

Many diseases can cause cavus foot deformity, Surgical intervension in bony mature patient still controvery. We did not modify any procedure, but only attempted to utilize Extensive Radical Plantar Release and Japas Tarsarl Osteotomy procedure at the same time in two young adults. Those cavus deformities were due to residual poliomyelitis. The obvious advantage is to preserve hind foot motion. Excellent result without any complications encouraged us to recommend the procedure.
