Distal Radial and Ulnar Metaphyseal Fracture with Associated Dislocation of the Radial Head a Case Report

Dislocation of the radial head is commonly associated with fracture of proximal third of the ulnar diaphysis. Radial head dislocation occurring with a concomitant radial and ulnar metaphyseal fracture is extremely rare. To the best of our knowledge, such an uncommon injury seems not to be reported. The mechanism of injury can only be postulated.
