Tear of The Glenohumeral Ligament at the Humeral Insertion as the Cause of Recurrent Anterior Dislocation of the Shoulder – A Case Report and Literature Review

Traumatic anterior dislocation of the shoulder in the young usually recurred. The major lesion is an avulsion of the glenoid attachment of the labroligamentous complex (Bankart lesion). It is seldom to encounter a case with tear of the glenohumeral ligament at the humeral insertion site that make the shoulder recurrently dislocated. We presented such a case with radiologic finding and management.
