Neglected posterior shoulder dislocation treated with anatomic reconstruction for bipolar bone defects of humeral head and posterior glenoid: A case report and literature reviews

Treatment of chronic posterior shoulder dislocation remains difficult. Currently, there is no consensus on how to treat these cases. In this report, we present a uncommon case of a 42-yearold man with neglected posterior shoulder dislocation, a reverse Hill-Sachs lesion, and a defect of the posterior glenoid. We show our treatments and reviews articles about posterior shoulder dislocations.
